Who is the marble beauty found in Heraclea Sintica?

A well preserved marble female head has been revealed by the team of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lyudmil Vagalinski during archaeological excavations at the antique city of Heraclea Sintica near the village of Rupite, Petrich municipality. This find comes from beneath a building of the forum as the male marble statue found in August did. So it is not only the question who is the marble beauty with the so called Melone Frisur (Ger.) but why were parts of sculptures been buried under buildings in this region of Roman Empire.
