Another golden ring – this time a female jewel ‒ was discovered during the excavations in the Kaliakra fortress on the western Black sea coast. The team of Archaeologia Bulgarica filmed other interesting finds from the so-called "Royal Necropolis", as archaeologists of Assos. Prof. Dr. Boni Petrunova’s team call it. But the men’s golden ring with image of a bird and a monogram of Palaiologos, found in grave No 84, continues to be the most remarkable artifact so far.
